We offer refunds on our products according to the following criteria:

- Your subscription account shows no abuse of service or violation of our terms of service.
- You have not utilized substantial amounts of resources or service capacity.
Refund Period
We offer a 14-day refund period for most subscription plans. This period begins from the day of the initial purchase.
For annual plans, the refund period is 30 days from the day of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
- After the refund period has expired.
- If we detect any fraudulent activity associated with your account.
- If you have violated any terms of service.
- Custom development services, once delivered and approved.
- Enterprise plans with custom negotiated terms.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the Billing section.
- Click on the "Request Refund" button.
- Fill out the refund request form, providing a reason for your request.
- Submit your request.

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. We'll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions canceled after the refund period but before the subscription year is complete, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. We encourage customers to check this page periodically for any changes.
